Contact the Tax Asssessor/Collector in the specific county where your residence is located.

There are various locations depending on where you live. If you are up by north county there is an office in Village Square in Hazelwood MO. There is also an office in clarkson road out in west county and there's an office somewhere downtown. Just stop in any DMV they'll give you an address of where you can go.
