This is a normal home with with moderat sized yard in housing community. I just need them to cut my lawn every two weeks and help maintain little bit of flowers.

It depends where you are. Where I live, I am charged $40 for each cut and thats considered cheap. My yard is an acre.

A couple of things.

First, if you have a homeowners association, you might already have contractors working the development or on contract?

Second, there are no Average pricing structures. Contractors can usually charge what the market will bear,,,certainly within reason.

I charge $25 per hour for my labor, as often as you want it done. Any weeding, or major trash removal would be additional. The size of the yard is important as well. For a yard that is 60 wide and 140 deep, for example, I charge currently $65 a visit, which includes trash removal,,, cleanup...IE: edging, weedwacking, and blower.

Depending on the size of your yard and the work to be done.Landscapers charge different prices. Just make sure they don't rip you off. Some can charge you outrageous prices. Check around before you make your final choice.
