I have installed the netscap navigator and i want to uninstall the program but i didn't know how .?

i.ve gone to add and remove from the control panel but i just couldn't uninstall it and now it's controling all my commputer

You don't say what operating system you are using. I am assuming you are in windows in which case, there are two options. Since the "add/remove didn't work, Hit your "start" button, click the "all programs" then find and highlight your program. When you do that there maybe an "uninstall" feature offered.

If that doesn't work, you may have to do it "manually" which can be tricky if you don't know what you are doing. It sounds like your registry was corrupted in the install.

At the very least, go back to the website you downloaded it from or find the relevant website and find the uninstall instructions!!!!!!!!

Go to control panel from your start menu. then find, Add/delete program ... from that list of programs, find the one you want to remove, click remove. That should do it.

Do you see the program under start - all programs ? sometimes you need to delete it from a couple different places. Did you restart your computer after deleting the first time? sometimes this helps.
