It all depends on coach Scolari. In case he wants to play safe (as he should) and allows the players with yellow cards to rest, Mexico can probably win. On the other hand, if Portugal plays with all their normal players and they don't underestimate Mexico (like the usually do to other weaker teams), they can probably win.
