for orgo the best thing would be to try Monomer's, it's a list of named reactions that I like. http://www.monomerchem.com/display4.html

Inorganic and physical chem are harder to find online unless you get access to journals. Wikipedia will give you definitions, but that's not helpful. Best I can do is give you a few sites to try.
