First off I don't think anyone could give out that information even if they wanted to. Secondly, I don't know any "rich" person that is going to loan unsecured money to a relative let alone a stranger.
You might want to research philanthropist and the many foundations out there. The catch is you will have to meet their grant guidelines to qualify.
