i know this new girl at work who speaks with a Spanish accent, but she isn't Mexican as she tells everyone. she came from some other country. she speaks it well, and looks very good to.

The answer is definitely the way female Japanese speak. Japanese women were taught to speak elegantly and pay special attention to their voice and pitch and be as gentle and feminine as possible when they were in their childhood

My fav is australia(only on males) it just sounds soooooooo hot. Another accent that I find hot is irish , rusian , brithish & scotish.
