The man I love his job too him away (450) miles. Well when he calls or I call and I ask him what he did he is so short with me. "I don't know, lots of things, and he says it in a hateful tone. He doesn't ask me what kind of day I had. He says he is going to bed at 8:30 or 9:00 I told him that was so I wouldn't call back because I think he has company over. He says no. I just dont believe him. He begged me to come but I couldn't because of my daughter. He even told me that he was going to Iraq, said he wasn't going to be by himself for long, etc... If I was coming I better be coming. Jus the way he talks now. Is it even worth it anymore. I loved him so much and was so devoted to him even though I was away from him.

Why do we as women torture ourselves over worthless relationships? If he cared about you the way you seem to care for him, he would be chasing you down, calling you and visiting you. he doesn't even seem to be willing to wait for you. You have a child to think of, and while you are busy hurting over a guy, your lil girl needs love and support and strength. Trust me, I have kids and I've been there. It's not worth it. Someone will find you who truly cares!! Keep your head up, and guard you heart. Take care!!

Girl that sounds tuff but I donno but probably he's just being a normal guy no matter how beautiful, intelligent, loving, talented or caring u r u have to get to know ur man even through hard times then u'll know and maybe there are a lot of great guys but hard to come by just like great women.Try your hardest and if it doesn't work ,make sure you look for a really nice guy.A bonus would be to find a cute put together man especially nice and cares about your daughter in the (same) way you do!Believe me I had a single mother and it was very difficult when the man acted different than my mom and sometimes seemed to change my mom,of course unless it's for the better but you have to make sure it's for the better to her ,maybe she's young but she feels too!!!

Sounds like his feelings are fading or that he is tired of the distance he may figure if you cant make the effort to come to him when he has begged you then there is no need to try and keep things going but he may not know how to go about telling you this.He also may have found someone and that is why the "I'm not going to be by myself for long " remark he just might not have the strength or B**ls to tell you...Good Luck and I hope things work out..

Generally if you think there is something going on, there is. If he doesn't have "company" my guess is that he is very controlling and upset that he couldn't control you. Either way it doesn't seem like a good relationship to try to hang on to. Trrst me you don't need someone who feels it is ok to speak to you in a hateful tone. Turn him loose, you will be much happier with someone else. Also if you don't live near each other and you cannot move what is the point?

Could be that he is hurt that you didnt go with him and let him go by himself. Men are big babies. Him cheating or not cheating If you don't plan on going with him, then there is no real point of either one of you suffering by having to be alone. Even if he is cheating it is not really his fault. You sent him on by himself . You have your daughter he had no one. so if he did find someone it might not even be for love just company. Being so far apart and no plans to be together I think you should prepare yourself to let him go. There are to many men in this world to only get phone calls. You have to remember how ever you are feeling affects your daughter too.

If you truly believe her has moved on to another compainion then it is time for you to let him go and move on to someone else as well. Someone much more understanding of who you are and they way you are.... someone who is willing to accept that you have a responsibility to your daughter...

Its not an easy thing to do, not a fast over night solution either, but in time you will find the right person for you and your daughter to be with.

You have tried your best with him. If he really wanted to be with you then he would stop treating you the way he does. Stop wasteing your time with him. You are trying but not getting anywhere. Life is too short. Let him go. You deserve better and there's better men out there that will be glad to have a good woman.

It sounds as though the job is taking it's toll and that by the time he gets home he is tired and doesn't want to think about his day. It sounds as if he is not much liking the job.

Try avoiding the 'what did you do today bit' and tell him how your day was (just assume he wants to know). Find interesting funny things you did that you can tell him about.

you answered your own question, no it isn't worth it, you are sad, being treated with disrespect and worrying. you made the choice not to go with him so let it go, he obviously doesn't care. just don't call him anymore and when (if) he calls be 'busy' see what happens then. my bf moved away for work too and that just didn't work for me, i don't consider once every couple of weeks a relationship, but i came with him, now i wish i had stayed home thngs aren't turning out so well. i like the place we are but he is something i'd rather see every couple of weeks now.

Sounds to me like he is mad at you for not going with him and now believes the relationship is over even though he hasn't said so. He is basically telling you either choose to come and be with him or he is moving on.
