I refused Y!Messenger access to the internet earlier...Then later when I tried to log on it wouldn't allow me to...So I did the system restore to an earlier date and it wiped out Messenger completely...How do I undo the restore and get Messenger back? Then how do I get Messenger to work correctly?

Start Up system restore and undo last restore, then open your security program and allow messenger access online.

Fairbrain T has the correct answer. when you do a system restore it does not delete any files and it gives you the option to undo the last restore. Also try uninstalling YM and installing it again. Good Luck my friend.

You can do the undo of the last restore, but it would be better to re-install the Yahoo messanger. I will go on cleaner and should be more stable this way.

You basically reverted your machine to the time before you installed messenger. Just go and downlad messenger again and install it. Don't worry.
