Normally now days you see the movies like: spiderman, hitman like: I want to learn the effects they put into the movies that make them look real.
Is there any way that we can learn thru books or i should join school for that if so, then which school i should go for?

Much of it is computer generated with blue screen.
Go to your local library and see if they have The Making of The Matrix available - you will learn a great deal from that alone. If they don't, rent it.
