Stop eatting junk, start eatting less more often, start exercising.

Eat healthier! Eat veggies, fruits and meat!

Drinking loads of water will keep you from getting hungry.

There is really no SAFE way to lose in one month.
Your question did not say how much you have targeted to lose in a month.

Safe and still be healthy is to lose about 1.5 to 2 Lbs. in a week / 8 per month maximum. It will level off after a month or so. - that's how body works.

Consume less than you burn. Input minus output = negative.

Rough guideline: It approximately takes about 500 calories to burn one pound off your system. You cannot count that as a straight line weight loss method either. Body has a built in defence mechanism to protect itself. That's why after sometime, no matter what you do, weight does not go down.

Do the math: Go to a BMI (body mass index calculator) to know what your weight should be. Google it, there are plenty of websites that have calculators.

You MUST have exercise as part of this weight loss program. There is no other magic way. Popping pills does not work for a long term.

Portion control is an effective strategy to consume less. Use smaller plates when serving yourself. It looks like a lot on the plate but you have eaten less.

Do not overdo anything either portion control, calorie burning or exercise. You will set yourself up for failure.

Excersise and eat right.... The lowest that you will want to consume is 1200 calories ... anything less and your body will think that it is starving and reset your metabolisim (slow it down).
Try eating lean meats (chicken/sirloin/fish) stay away from things that have enriched flower try to stick with whole grain breads. Remember veggies too leafy greens are the best .. or broccoli. Fruit is a good way to cure a sweet tooth... just in moderation a cup or fresh fruit is a good portion. Consume water and stay away from sugary drinks. Try eating 5-6 small meals per day this way you are continuously fueling your body. Make sure not to eat at least 3 hours before you go to sleep and wait about 2 hours after eating to work out. This way your body will have to use stored fat cells as energy rather than the food you just consumed.

Excersise 1-2 times per day about 20- 45 min of cardio and strength training 3 times per week. You will burn about 600 calories per hour with medium to intense cardio

Eat about 1200 to 1500 calories a day, and add in excersize. You'll lose 10 to 20 lbs in a month. I lost 25 in 6 weeks.

try the fat smash diet that is used on celebrity fit club. it's basically all vegetarian the first 10 days - it detoxes you without staving or just drinking juice then you slowly start eating meat and other things with fat. If you do it at this pace you won't gain back tons of weight after the detox. Oh-the detox drops all the retained water-I lost 4 lbs and only exercised twice!

Don't just set a small goal! Set a life long goal...because what will happen after the month...you will balloon up again! Set a goal to change your life, and you will! And if you only lose 4 pounds this month, but you keep it if, its much better than losing 10 and gaining 15!

drink an extra glass of water everyday for every ten pounds you want to lose... for example, if you want to lose 20 pounds, have ten glasses of water a day (8 glasses which you are supposed to have anyway and two more for each of the ten pounds you want to lose), do 30 minutes of excercise each day whther it is running, walking, jogging, jump rope, yoga, pilates, hiking, or biking... do not eat any white bread for example if you are having a hamburger, eat the meat, not the bun..... also put up motivational messages, treat yourself to something nice at the end of the month if you meet your goal...

cardio and weight training. You'll gain muscle mass with the weight training so you won't lose a lot of weight but you'll be more toned which makes you appear smaller.

change your food eat grain, vegetables no meat , you can have chicken fish turkeys fruits drink a gallon of water a day it's not a diet for a month it's life style
