body shaper?

what are they and can they get rid of a flabby belly. mine needs sum attention and thought id ask for further advice. thanx

a body shaper is basically a girdle it squeezes the tummy in....thats called a panty girdle......another is the body gurdle it minimize the tummy and thighs some the arms....they only cause bought $10-$30....BUT MOST OF THEM WILL LEAVE REDDISH ALMOST PURPLE MARKS IF WORN MORE THAN AN HOUR BUT THE MARKS DISAPPEAR AFTER 30 MIN OF TAKING IT OFF....i suggest that you do some crunches and situps and leglifts to turn that tummy into a 4 pack

You probably don't even need one, but if you must, Nordstrom has the best ones. They are a little on the pricey side, but they are good quality and will last you a long time. Make sure you get ones with buttons or snaps on the bottom so you don't have to take the entire thing off to use the bathroom! :)

flabby bellies can only be reduced by diet and exercise. you cannot spot reduce. doing sit-ups will not "tone" your belly. the body consumes energy evenly. fat is stored energy. the body doesn't just take it from where ever is being most used, like the abs from doing sit-ups. it takes it and distributes it evenly.

so, diet and exercise is your best bet.
