I am kurd (Iran) and one exampl kurdish who never dont see any right and I would like be lower to fight for my pepel and refugee and look for some scholarship for study.I afrid from again by name "refugee" they dont give right becuase they say you dont pay taxt!!!!! or you are refugee ... again amrican look me same mexican ???? or look me as Human never get Right?

I'm not sure where you could get a grant, but I'm sure there are many organizations that would help you. A visit to a government office would probably help you more than anything else.

Contact Nancy Pelosi - She needs all the good recommendations she can get - She gives you a Grant, through her "influence", and you speak well of her - That's CA politics.
