known as SME small /medium entreprises , once your business is legally registred, u have an office u have expenditure and incomes , you are considered small business, once your company size grows in number of employee and department and you need to audit your accounts you are considered Medium, once your business can go public and sell shares or can go multinational, you are concidered Big
