Of course, I'm only normal. If I am at work I just mumble my way through the rest of the day and then when I get home my spouse gets to hear all about it. Just tellin it to someone who is listening and not involved in the problem in any way makes a world of difference. Once I get it off my chest I go on with life and wait for the next "to hell with it" moment. My spouse is my life line.

Every day! When the feeling hits I take time to do something selfish. I go for a run, lock myself in the bathroom with a good book and a hot soak, sometimes I just scream-not at anyone but just let out a huge shriek.

Oh yes....big time!!! You just have to realize time will pass and everything will change. When you are feeling that way its time to take a break...get a babysitter if you need one and take off by yourself for a few hours if you can. Do something to blow off steam even if it is just going for a long walk or going out for coffee with a friend. If you are too tired to do that, then see if one of your friends is going to be gone for a while ... borrow their couch and have a good sleep.

i get to experience that feeling at least once or twice a week so i know what you feel. during these times, i take some time alone. i relax myself through going to a quite place alone, closing my eyes and reflecting on things. it sometimes works for me but it doesn't for some people. different things work for different people.
if the relaxation thing doesn't work, i indulge myself in things that i love to do like shopping and shooting some hoops or just watching a great horror movie. Good luck! :)

Yes, I feel that way sometimes. I think it is a common feeling. If I can get alone to pray I am usually okay. Sometimes I take some time for myself. Have dinner alone and go see a movie or go shopping.

for some reason when I give up I get so pissed off that I try even harder. I'd like to think there is nothing I can't overcome or achieve.
