I am thinking about staying at the GR Solaris Hotel and wanted to know how was it? Also what hotels (all inclusive) do you recommend?

You should try the RIU resorts in Cancun (there are others in the Riviera Maya)... one is RIU Cancun and the other RIU Palace. They are very nice A.I.'s and are right in the center of the strip where all the action is (if you are looking for that). In all honesty, Cancun is not a big A.I. area yet (unlike further south) and these two resorts are the first nice, decent A.I. resorts in this area.

I basically decrease back final week from the Riu Palace Las Americas. This became our 5th time at this motel and our 10th time in Cancun. i might propose the Riu Cancun, it is greater of a occasion atmosphere with super nutrition and energetic nightlife.

My husband and I decided to try the Blue Bay Getaway, it's all inclusive, adults only.
Has had good reviews at Trip Advisor. BBG is currently rated #31 of 155 hotels and resorts in Cancun.
We're leaving Sunday for paradise, wish us bon voyage!!! :)

Moon Palace has got to be one of the best. A large group of our friends went there over Easter week and had a great time. I figure if they came back that happy after one of the busiest times then they must be pretty special.
I typed the web site below.
Good Luck!
Have fun!

For hotel reviews, try www.tripadvisor.com

Start with the big sites to see a reference point, then go to one of the following - favorite sites:

cheap caribbean.com - (con: they don't display the total price)

www.beachdestinations.com (good prices - somewhat clumsy page design)
Here's their list of all-inclusive hotels:
http://www.beachdestinations.com/Cancun_Vacations/Cancun_Interest_All_Inclusive.aspx

apple vacations - of course - but they also run some charter flights - it depends where you are from.
