While Ahman Green has been in the league for 8 years, he only turned 29 in February. While 8 years of being a RB has quite a toll on those players, he has only been a #1 RB since 2000. He has over 1600 carries with 1467 coming in between 2000 and 2004 and he has over 300 career receptions.
The Packers O-line is not as good as it was 2-3 years ago and neither is Brett Farve or the Packers. With a better running game, however, the Pack should be playing closer games throughout the year, meaning more attempts for Green.
His injury will probably be one that is lingering, or at least be prone to happening again.
IF he can stay healthy, I would expect Green to put up about 1200 yards rushing, 300 receiving, and about 10 TD's. It would make him a great #2 RB on your FF team, especially since he might drop to the 3rd round, allowing you to get a top flight RB and a #1 QB or WR.

Last year, ESPN had Green going about #15 in fantasy drafts. I would imagine Green falls to somewhere between 20-25.

If he can stay healthy, he will put up good numbers, but not anywhere near what he had 2 or 3 seasons ago. The Packers O-Line is terrible and their passing game is not that great, which means they will be reliant on the run. Fortunately, they have 3 or 4 backs that can pound the ball at the point of attack. Expect them to be close to leading the league in rushing, but it will be spread out amoung multiple backs because of the abuse they will be taking as a result of a terrible O-Line
