The new brother knows about the other brother. He wanted to start talking to me. I wasn't cool with it at first but now I'm like if he and his brother are cool with it, then okay. The old brother has someone. It's been okay since we started talking. The new brother treats me better than the old, then again they seem about the same but the new brother is better.

It depends how close you were with him and how close you plan on being with the new brother. If you make it to marriage with this new guy than the family will always remember you as the ex- of the brother if you were that close in the last relationship. This can possibly cause a lot of problems depending on how close everyone is.

Is it all right, can't see why not. It might be uncomfortable at first at gatherings when the brother will be there, but hopefully nothing ugly happened between you to have lasting affects that would have to be addressed now.

That's a little gross, don't you think. I mean, what do you think they're going to think about you. There's no way getting around being called a skank for moving through the family like that.
Have some respect for yourself. Don't do it. There are some lines that should not be crossed.

Sure. It is up to the brothers to work out any issues with it, not you. I dated identical twins- turns out I had just chosen the wrong one to date first.
