They are talking about building a minor league sports arena. They are in the middle of one of the fastest growing areas in the nation. Why no emergency alert system?

many states and Cities find it to be too expensive to get them, yet they spend that money on usless things that they don't even need.

it's a terrible thing to pass up on. lives depend on warning systems. not everyone can get to a tv, or radio. they need to get number 1 priorities first before they decide if the city needs that new swimming pool.

Why don't you ask them this question?
If they think it's that important for the well-being of the community I'm sure they'll move towards getting it.
