you cant from using only 5 zeros but you can do this 0-10-0-10-0-10-0-10-0-10=70
simplifies down to 120

Well, we know, 0! = 1
Thus, 0!+0!+0!+0!+0! = 1+1+1+1+1 = 5

(1+1+1+1+1)!=5!=1*2*3*4*5=120

equals:
2^7-2^3
which equals:
128-8
=120
