dip them in warm water and walnut oil they grow really fast,for atleast 1/2 hour aday

The best product I have tried is a clear nail polish called LCD (Liquid Crystal Developer). It makes my nails so long and strong that I use them for finger picking on my guitar. I won't go without it. You have to get it at beauty supply stores.

i heard Vitamin D is good for your hair and nails. Makes your hair stronger and shinier, and your nails healthy, maybe make them grow faster? not sure. . . but anyways try vitamin D!

There is this two-step polish called "Nail Tek", and it makes your nails grow like crazy!

Yes. Take Knox geletin capsules daily. It will also make them harder so they will break off easily. Capsules can be found in most retail stores. Look in the health and beauty aids dept.

sally hansen maximum growth nail polish, it works! (mostly on your finger nails though because toe nails just grow slowly period)

drink a lot of milk, or eat those calcuim chews you can get from the health food store. And drink lot's of soy milk. It'll always do the trick.
