-Apply a paste made of nutmeg, pepper and a little water. Apply on the pimples and allow to dry. Then wash off.

Mix 10 grams juice of white onions with 5 grams honey and 1 gram rock salt and apply on pimples.

Wash your face thrice a day and apply calamine lotion on the pimples.

Apply a paste made out of ground mint leaves on the pimples and leave overnight. This will ease the pimples and clear other blemishes also.

Never pick pimples for if you do so they leave scars.

Take a little each of rice, poppy-seeds & almonds and grind to a fine powder and mix it with 2 tablespoons of curd and apply to your face. Allow to dry for 10 minutes and then wash off and see your skin glow and the pimple marks fade away slowly.

Take fresh cinnamon powder and put it in tightly sealed bottle and take little powder mix with water and apply this only on pimples. Wait for some time and wash your face. Do this for at least 10 days.

Take ripe papaya and mash then apply on pimples.

Take out the fat from the curd and apply this curd to pimple and face and take shower after 15 minutes.

Warm honey and mix gram flour and apply this paste to face. Wash with warm water after it dries.

Grind mint leaves and apply on pimples and wash after 5 minutes.

Tulsi is a great medicine. Grind tulsi leaves and apply on pimples.

Take tender neem leaves and rub with fresh turmeric this will make a best medicine for pimples. Apply this paste on pimples. Do this for at least 10 days.

Avoid taking oily food, sweets, fries, and potatoes. Take fresh fruits and other fresh vegetables with your diet.

Don’t take more non-vegetarian. Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.

Use medicated soaps which is recommended by your doctor.

Don’t pinch pimples. It will make scar

There are many ways such as cutting out most of the junk food.........or just slow down on it.Wash your face morning and night.The best and most effective thing that worked for me was Proactiv Solutions!It is inexpensive too!Also don't pick at the zits/pimple or they will just leave scars which is a bigger mess to handle!Hope I helped!

There is a vitamin called Zinc for Acne. Vitamin store. My son had it really bad, big whiteheads, this is a high vitamin A with zinc that is similar to acutane, without any side effects!!! less then $10 for 100 tabs too! try it! Also, make sure if you use an acne wash for your face, moisturize afterwards, if you dry your skin out, your face will produce more oil to compensate!!! and dont touch your face alot, it adds oil and dirt! good luck.

To get rid of your pimples, use sulfur soap. Watch your diet or your food intake, especially fatty food, sweets and nuts and carbohydrates. Drink plenty of water. Sleep early. Change your bedding and face towels regularly. Also, eat fruits and vegetables.

Proactiv....either that or nature's cure...they both work great! but if yo go with nature's cure, you'll break out more for the first few weeks because it's speeding up how long it takes for a pimple to form so that they go away FASTER!

wash your face at least twice a day with a cleanser/scrub containin salicyic acid (not sure of spelling). Use Queen Helene Mint Julep mask & keep it on overnight 3 times a week. Use a vanishing cream with benzol peroxide on trouble spots. NEVER GO TO BED WITHOUT WASHING YOUR FACE!!!
