Technically no, freshwater fish don't even drink as water enters their bodies through osmosis. Saltwater fish do drink, but in an entire ocean they shouldn't get thirsty

Actually, some fish do. Freshwater fish absorb all the water they need throught their skin and gills, but saltwater fish actually drink water.
