we are gay couple and i want to give my egg for her to use, how easy is this ?

If you are wanting to donate an egg to your girlfriend, then you'll have to see a fertility specialist and tell them you are interested in Invitro Fertilization (IVF). You'll have to be put on a bunch of hormones so that you'll super ovulate, they'll remove the eggs and fertilize them, they'll help you find a donor. Then she'll probably have to take some hormone also so they can implant the fertilized egg. The cost for this is around $20,000.00. You should look into a Fertility Clinic in your area.

there's sperm banks all over the world lady. go look it up on the internet over a search engine. it's just commonsense. what i'd suggest is to think about whether your girlfriend actually wants a baby.

This is something me and my partner might of needed if the other treatment didn't work. Go to your GP and they will hopefully refer you to your local hospital and they can suggest this to you. It can be free if you haven't got any kids but if you have children already it can cost about £4000. Good Luck hope this helps.

You can talk to an OB/GYN and she can be artificially inseminated. Do you want the doner to be unknown? You can check online for sperm banks in your area.
