yes, everyone has a birthmark. it could be as little as a dot that noone can see or all over your face, however we are all born with a certin mark that stays with us forever.

Not exactly all people are born with birthmarks .But 80 in 100 do have birthmarks such as small black spots .

I don't believe so. When I was younger I was told that only girls are born with birthmarks...then along came my son who has a birthmark remarkably similar to my sister. My husband does not have one though.

I don't think so. I have one though. It's a big ugly brown spot on the back of my knee. I hate it.

not all, but most i would think. apparently i have one on the back of my head, but as my hair is long it is undetectable. some ppl's are so light that you can barely see them...
