you think that's bad, when i was 4 the local Bible thumpers kid when on the school bus and told everyone on the bus that didn't believe in jesus that they were going to hell, and that satan will be there waiting, i was like OMFG from a 4year old, some people take there religion way to seriously, if you have faith I'm happy for you, but its just that your faith, everyone interprets there religious beliefs, and we as people have no right to tell them whats right and wrong as fare as what they believe, because in the end it wont be what they believe, it would be what you want them to believe, and if that were to happen, it wouldn't be believe in a great being, it would be what people wanted you to believe, making even harder to truly be happy with what you understand, and practice, because there's a huge difference when someones telling you want to believe, and you believe it, then if your find faith on your own, it gives you more of an understanding of you, so long story short, your not the only one out there that thinks that so disrespectful, i hope this has helped

I am also Catholic. Some religions do believe that they should get people to convert to theirs. We all believe ours is the holiest. The Catholic Religion happens to be the oldest and the one that all the others stem from. Therefore what we believe is the oldest and probably the most accurate.

In the Catholic Religion we are supposed to tell people that God loves them and that they are not alone. But we are not supposed to cram our belief down someones throat.

Many Christians become very set in their beliefs and become almost intolerant of any other belief because they feel it is wrong.

In a movie I once saw, it was said that rather than having a belief, it is better to have a "good idea" because there are two sides to a belief while an "idea" can have varying degrees.

i do no longer. I actual have accomplished evil issues purely like a number of different person. i'm not extra useful than you or all people else. i become additionally an agnostic myself beforehand. (whether at cases I acted extra like an atheist) although, if I cope with you nicely and look once you regardless of what you think. It does no longer mean that i think of all ideals are equivalent and appropriate. somebody would desire to have faith Hitler by no potential existed, and it does no longer mean I accept as true with that concept. there is an absolute reality. actually in actuality that God exists, created the universe, sent His Son to die on the skip so as that whosoever believes in Him won't perish yet have eternal existence.

Alot of Christians seem to get that "holier than thou" attitude. But the Bible says pride comes before a fall. So it won't be long and that attitude will be knocked right out of them.

No, it does not tell them to disrespect others. That is a human flaw, not a religious flaw.
