I'm thinking of having the red little veins removed from my face as well as the brown little spots due to age with leaser treatment. How long will it take before I will be "presentable" again and can go back to work (and have meetings and so on) ?

Congrats on your decision!
You made the right one, I did it and next day went to work without any makeup. The only thing that everybody noticed how great my skin looks.
I'm planning to go back for another one(usually it requires 3 treatments).
Good Luck

P.S. I do have very sensitive skin so if it worked for me I'm positive you have nothing to worry about.

I had the same thing done, I was splotchy and red for about 2 hours and that was it. But everyone is different. Ask your doctor to do just a small area and see what happens. It was well worth the money, time, and pain I invested.

IM NO DOC BUT I HAD THAT DONE AND HAD AN INTERVIEW THE NEXT DAY IN WHICH I HAD TO BE UNDER FLOURESCENT LIGHTS FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES AND MY FACE WAS A HORRIBLE DARK DARK RED ALMOST BROWN FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS. IT WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE PAIN EVER. I WOULD NEVER DO IT AGAIN. AND THE END RESULTS WERE NOT WORTH IT EITHER

my friend had it done and she was blotchy for about a week it took several trips to the doc to actually get all of it. she looks great now, but no pain no gain.
