lol u have some nice answers over there.. so basically, i also have the same problem... it is true that you cannot lose fat on that area (except by losing weight, but it doesn't help for me, and i am already skinny). however, you can try to make your skin firmer, and tighten your face, and it should make it look better.
I use clarins - shaping facial lift - it defintely makes your face tighter and firmer. I still have chubby cheeks (and i also have a round face), but i have a lot more definition, and my cheeks dont look as big

The only way you can specifically remove fat from your face, without losing it elsewhere, would be to have liposuction of the face. A plastic surgeon can remove fat from specific areas like your chin, cheeks or neck. But plastic surgery is an expensive and radical option.

you can excercise your face by moving your mouth open and shut making big o's and just do that but surgery may be needed if your cheeks are too cheeky

beware of fat free or zero trans fats foods as you could be trading fats for huge amounts of sugar or sodium
