middle finger: a loss of mobility, swelling, pain and dislocation can be an indicator for a broken finger. you have to receive medical treatment.
thumb: dislocations are usually very painfull, if you really think it is dislocated you should go to the doctor, if not, still go to the doctor because of the bruse. there might still be some damage done to it, even if it seems to be 'ok'.
the only one who can really help you lowering pain and preventing long time trouble is a doctor. all the other stuff is most likely not going to help you.
please see a doctor.

good luck

Go to college 4 years, medical school 4 years, then 4 years of residency. Then you'll know enough that you won't have to go to the doctor. But 12 years is a long way from now, so in the meantime you can either rub some dirt on it or go see your doctor.

go to the doctor or you might have problems for a long time with it. if you dont have insurance then find a clinic in your area that can help for far less than a doctors visit at a hospital.

It would probably be in your best interest to see a doctor. Trying to cure things on your own could lead to more destruction! Hope you feel better soon!
