Also as the others said, correct and honest answers are also a must. Politeness is another good attribute to have when answering questions, as very few people enjoy being cussed out/insulted on line.

The best way to answer yahoo answer questions is to first to restate the question in your answer. Second, you shouldn't go into another topic that is not directly related to the topic being asked. Third, complement the writer.
