if the room is hot, the fan is just gonna blow around the hot air. a window or door should be opened to get some fresh air circulated in the room.

Is there an open window with cooler air outside? If not then essentially the room does not cool down. A person in the room may feel cooler as the heat evaporates off their body faster in the room.

Absolutly not, the process of circulating the air does not have a cooling effect what so ever. What does take place is the air blowing on your skin actually removes heat from your body allowing your body to disperse heat therefore cooling off

It's a matter of thermogenics..... If the room is bearing all the heat of the day, you are just spreading the heat through out your house. all you are doing is circulating air.

i think it just culs the room dowm for sumtime if the room is a a very high temperature. thatsthe reality too!
