I have oily skin too use mild soap like dove to wash it twice daily and also a cleanser to remove any makeup. I prefer not using makeup (foundation) because it clogs up pores and makes it worse you need them open but its up to you so long as you make sure you get it all out.

if you have oily skin, first you need to wash your face with an astringent. after you wash your face apply a moisturizer (estee lauder makes a line) with natural light reflecting pigments. use it under your makeup or alone, and do it a few times a day. making sure you are taking care of yourself and eating right also has a profound effect on your "glow".

Jergens makes Natural glow in a few different shades. There are a few off brands of lotions that do the same thing too.
