Use construction paper or any kind of really thick paper. This way the sea shells won't fall off as easily because the paper is less likely to bend. "Tacky Glue" is a glue that I often use for crafts because it usually dries quicker and it's less runny so it doesn't go all over the place. "Elmer's Glue" will work as well but since the seashells are a little bit heavier you might want to use a glue like Tacky Glue to make sure that they stay on the paper. The Tacky Glue can be found at JoAnn fabrics, Michaels or any craft store. Elmers glue can be at these places too as well as...pretty much anywhere.

Using heavier paper, cardstock, or poster board would be your best bet, and then glue with E6000 for a really good job. It's really dependent on what you will be doing with the glued on shells---if you are putting them in a shadow box, for instance, white tacky glue will be fine. But if they are going to get handled at all or wet, then the E6000 would be better.

Use a heavy weight paper or poster board. I like to use wood glue, but it dries yellowish in color, try a craft glue. i don't recommend Elmers for this. Maybe Modge Podge, you could clear coat over the shells to make them shiny and seal the whole project. Good Luck!

I would probably use a thin piece of plywood instead of paper and use silicone chalk (the same stuff you use to seal your tub but it is also an adhesive. It is clear and has great adhesion. ) to attach them. You can get both items easily at a hardware store. The nice thing about using a piece of plywood instead of paper is that you can drill a couple of small hole in the top edge and hang it from them to display you art.

I had a seashell collection before! All right all you have to do is get some really thick paper and then use super glue to put them on there. (I used thin pieces of cardboard and super glue!) This seiriously works!

Two cyborg ninjas on a standoff in the desert. No matter how badly drawn it is, it'll be epic either way. Or you could cop out and draw a flower or something.
