You probably offended her by not introducing yourself to her and acting friendly. When you think a girl is "hot" you should smile at her in a friendly way and introduce yourself if you have to. Sadly, she is probably sick and tired of guys drooling over her and she used you as a puching bag to take out her frustrations on.
There is more to liking a person than just the physical appearance. You never know; if you really knew her you might not like her at all.
Stop fantasizing. Check into reality. Get to know the person inside. The outer person is just the icing on top of the cake.
