There probably is one but it may be cheaper to use an on-line DVD rental service. I'd really recommend blockbuster.co.uk http://www.blockbuster.co.uk/

Oh for god's sake - of course there will be - check out yell.com or yellow pages.... you make it sound like DVD rental shops are a rarity!!!!
