that would be like me asking why do guys put tattoos on their arms or back, because we want to. and girls have to put tatts in places where they can hide them for working purposes, like me i work in an office all day but at night i like to show my tatts off.

some say its a tramp stamp but for others it could be a religous or tribal reason

It measn they want you to look at them. Personally, I think it's a bit of a slutty place to have a tatto. I've heard guys refer to them as **** me tattos.
