I think that Obi Wan would win the fight. I think Harry Potter is too unsure of himself and they both have the ability to harness a form of magic, but Obi Wan has something Harry doesn't and thats the ability to actually, physically fight.

Obi wan. Harry is still young and learning to control magic. Obi wan however, is older, wiser and knows how to control the force.
