Very easy to do that so long as you have the money and the ambition. You need to be passionate about what you want just as an Olympic sportsperson is. Statistics I read some time ago indicated that foreigners are likely to be more successful than local people. When you have your back to the wall you know you have to succeed... don't go back!!!

Are you in Uk or SA? if in UK no great problems with starting a small business unless you want to go into something wierd!
Look at Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire, this is a growing city and a great place to live. Check with locale council to find out more.

What kind of business are you looking to start. Where would you like to have your business...
You wuill need to speak to an accountant to help you with registration and taking care of your paperwork...but setting up will be easy
