I want to know if a Lady who has been circumcised with her clitoris removed reach organsm. or the partner will have to go extra mile to make her?

it's not really like a circumcision like they do in males. it is more aptly described as Female Genital Mutilation and it involves cutting off the clit. Often, no anesthesia is used.
To do the same in a male would be to cut off the head of the penis. There is no more feeling left as the nerve endings are gone.
Some third world countries or islamic religion sects do this to their women at the age of 12 to 14. It is a horrible practice and it's done so women never get pleasure from sex.

I honestly don't know. I guess the only way to know for sure is to try. I'm thinking that it would be different for each person.

It goes deep into the body, so unless they dug it all out, you can probably still rub the general area and have her reach orgasm
