I'm curious about what you need to go from binary to Morse code for? Morse code is simply a compression algorithm for text based on the probabilities of a character. If you are wanting to transmit binary data in Morse code, this doesn't make sense, because you are decreasing the data rate. However, you may have a different application which would be the reason for asking in the first place!
