Well you need to go to therepy, so that they can make sure that you don't have uder lying problems, like a complusive disorder, in which you can't stop yourself from going under the knife. they need to make sure that this is what you really want and if it is you can deal with any complications that might arise or any disablity that you might get from having certain surgeries, they say people who get something "fixed" usually don't need it.

Because breast enlargement is a cosmetic procedure and having it done is not going to improve your health in any way. The whole point of the NHS is to provide health care for people, to prevent illness and to treat it. It is not supposed to be there to provide cosmetic procedurs such as breast augmentation.
You have to see a psychiatrist first to see whether having a small chest is actually having a negative impact on your mental health - if it's not, then there's no reason you should have the operation on the NHS and you'll have to get it done privately like everyone else.

Because they need to be certain that you have the right motives for doing it and to see that you would benefit from it. See the NHS is not there for people to use whenever they want, there needs to be some medical or psychological need for them to do it free for you. In this case there is obviously no medical reason for surgery, the only other way they will do it is if psychologically you are dependent on larger breasts.
Keep 'em as they are, just as many men (myself included) are interested in small breasts as there are large.

a shrink needs to make sure that you are in the right frame of mind to undergo the surgery and that you actually understand what it is that you asking. i had a friend who was an A cup and she had it done to C cup. she was not too impressed with the results (it was a good job) but she was expecting something else.
i think you have to get them changed every 5 years or something. it's not worth the money.
you can still look good with a small chest, as long as it is in proportion with the rest of your body.

I think that is also policy with nhs that they only give you an operation if its affecting your mental health and not for just a case of you fancy having them done otherwise you would have to pay for it privately.
They have to make sure that you dont suffer from mental disorder called body dismorphic disorder where you believe that your body is a certain way when it isnt (anorexia is an example where they think they are fat when there not).

Get your breast augmentation surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery (including facelift/ breast enhancement tummy tuck./lipo) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.
They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star .
My cousin got her cosmetic surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results.sHe is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. She paid just 30% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. .hope this helps.I think she paid only 5000pounds for the tummy tuck and liposuction surgery for which she was quoted 12300 Gbp in UK

its said that females who have gotten breast jobs are more likely to commit suicide.so they have to be very careful who they recommend to have it done.and i guess they want to ensure you are sure that this is the right thing for you to do.
