Open Internet Explorer--Pick "Tools" Then pick "Internet Options" Pick the "General Tab" Then Under "Temporary Internet Files" Select "Delete Files". It sounds like somthing in your cache got corrupted. This should solve the problem, if not we'll dig a little deeper.
