mactard was right on.......yellowfin tuna.......cooked medium to medium-rare w/some wasabi. it's like eating steak, only in seafood form. grouper is also excellent. pass on bony fish like trout. tilapia is good and reasonably priced. hope this helps.

Yellow fin tuna....seared on the outside and just barely warmed through. Add a soy/wasabi sauce and it just doesn't get any better.
