mactard was right on.......yellowfin tuna.......cooked medium to medium-rare w/some wasabi. it's like eating steak, only in seafood form. grouper is also excellent. pass on bony fish like trout. tilapia is good and reasonably priced. hope this helps.

I absolutely love a baked salmon fillet. Not only is it a mild fish, (great for those of us who aren't seafood lovers), but it has amazing antioxidant properties and omega fatty acids.

Yellow fin tuna....seared on the outside and just barely warmed through. Add a soy/wasabi sauce and it just doesn't get any better.
