use blusher to make them look more sunken in and contoured...also, draw more attention to your eyes with more exotic looking makup or make your lips stand out more...

You don't have to. In some cultures it signifies that one does not live in poverty. Krishna is also chubby. He is very nice.

dunno about that but u can create an illusion of a reduction with makeup.
use a foundation which is 1 shade darker along the jaw area as well as along the top of the forehead.
