When I look at selecting a best answer I look for the one that has relevance to the question asked and if it gives the information clearly so it is understood by people, I also look for the manner in which it is written.

it depends on the context. sometimes i just make a completely arbitrary choice, depending on how much i think i liked the person. sometimes it's just the funniest answer. one time i actually just felt sorry for the person even though they were having a personal go at me. sometimes i want it to be the person who took the question the most seriously and actually helped me!

this is easy just the cryteria of common sense , theres too many daft questions , so its easy to ignore the trashy ones
