Sign in to Yahoo Mail and click on the small box with a silhouette head on it - you will then be taken to change your Avata - its really great - you can change the clothes, hair, facial features, backgrounds and loads more!
I hope you have fun with it! (My daughter made mine up, and she likes to change it nearly everyday!)
