In all states visitation and custody are different issues than child support. You cannot stop his visitation.

So yes, even deadbeat dads have a right to see their kids.

A far more important point is that the kids have a NEED to have a relationship with both parents. So you'd be hurting them far more than him.

Also..don't bash daddy or say mean things. It hurts the kids more than him as well.

Kids are smart. They WILL get it as they get older. Mine did. They know their dad for the jerk he is and I look like a hero for NOT telling them.

As to your support, turn it over to the local district attorney's support office. They'll stalk him and turn him upside down to shake it out of him. They'll throw his behind in jail.
