I think you should take the time to do it yourself. YOu don't learn if you don't do your own homework.

Impedance, is a measure of opposition to a sinusoidal electric current. The concept of electrical impedance generalizes Ohm's law to AC circuit analysis. Unlike electrical resistance, the impedance of an electric circuit can be a complex number. Oliver Heaviside coined the term impedance in July of 1886.

Reactance is the imaginary part of impedance, and is caused by the presence of inductors or capacitors in the circuit. Reactance is the component of complex electric impedance of the alternating current circuit, which produces a phase shift between an electric current and voltage in the circuit. Reactance is denoted by the symbol X and is measured in ohms.

Impedance: The total opposition that a circuit offers to the flow of alternating current or any other varying current at a particular frequency. It is a combination of resistance R and reactance X, measured in ohms.

Reactance: Resistance to the flow of alternating current within imposed by a coil of wire together with any metal about it, over and above the resistance to direct current the same coil of wire assembly imposes. The greater the frequency of the alternating current, or audio/video signal, the greater the reactance.

I think impedance is like a kind of resistance that only happens with AC electricity. I for got what reactance is. Look it up. Maybe on google. Maybe in your textbook. Maybe ask the teacher.

Impedance is the resistance plus capacitance of a circuit containing resistors and capacitors.
.
Reactance is resistance plus reluctance of a circuit containing resistors and coils..
.
technically , there is a formula for both. hope this does help.
