Hair only grows to a certain length. it is different for everyone! Cutting your hair does not stimulate growth. that is a myth! Your hair grows out of the top of your head not the ends. Your hair is also dead after it pokes through the pores in your head. The only thing cutting does for your hair is split end removal and creating a new style. You might try washing your hair with nioxin shampoo but Girl, If your hair is in great condition and it still doesn't grow past a certain length than that is your stopping point and you just have to live with it or get extensions.

your hair grows for a certain amount of time b4 it renews its self some peoples hair grows for 1 yr some for 3 hence the difference in length.

maybe you need a small trim to estimulate the hair again. Try massage in the hair folicles (scalp)

have it trimmed every couple of months and if u use straightning irons go easy on them
