i'm from usa. i would definitely date and marry outside my race. who cares? a person is a person is a person. it doesn't (or shouldn't) matter if you're black, white, asian, hispanic, etc as long as you love me and treat me the way i deserve to be treated

I tottaly agree with interracial marriage BUT, the two people involved have to take into consideration several issues that might come up sooner or later - the difference between cultures si huuge in some cases and this might lead to problems and arguments in the mariage. It is definetely harder to built a strong lasting mariage in these conditions and this should really be thought through. I like to believe though that love conquers all :) I'm from Romania.

I'm from the US and I have actually been involved in quite a few interracial relationships. It's far more accepted here now than ever before. I live in the northeast and it's quite common to see interracial couples. No one really cares. As long as you're happy.

I am already married and I am white. I am answering as if I weren't though. I am not against interracial marriage because I think God put us here to share this earth and be together through it all. My son was dating a black girl and I adored her!! Have you ever seen a "mixed" baby, child, adult? They are beautiful. Gee, I wonder why......because God made them that way. I've never had the opportunity to "date" someone of a different race but if I knew someone and we got along, I'd definitely go for it.

I'm from the USA, interracial marriage is allright between a man & a women. But the different topic is gay marriage, why???? Marriage is a scared vow between a man & a woman. Well I think if he black and she's white or any other race; it shouldn't matter as long as their different genders.

I agree with JanniT about there being only one race. But I'm not sure about the extraterrestrial part. I'm in a interracial marriage and it's wonderful.

I *am* an interracial marriage.
I'm American, my wife is from the Philippines. We got married in the Philippines, then brought her over here. Married 14 years now, 2 great kids -- it's all worked out very well!

Well, if I'd be to marry at all - I won't mind another race BUT only if she had grown up in the same culture and the same language as me.
Communication between men and women is complicated enough - with different mother tongues and cultural background I would consider it almost impossible.

I'm Indian from SA, my girlfriend is white. We talked about marriage, and I told her I would enjoy spending all my time with her but, just getting married would be such a big hassle because of the culture clash and the problems my family would have with it!
